References for Lydia Molen

I have been a client of Lydia for about 11 years. Given my profession as an Occupational Therapist, I have always been very discriminating in my choice of instructors for Pilates, gym and any other personal exercise routines undertaken. I personally satisfied myself as to Lydia’s experience prior to commencement under her tutelage. From a professional and personal perspective, it is my opinion that Lydia’s skills are exceptional. In my view they are far superior to instructors I have had in the past who have undergone only a short course to learn Pilates instructing. I am aware that Ms Molen has superior knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, which is a testimony to her original training.
