I really like the training program I'm doing with mamdouh, I am on steady and successful steps of losing extra weight I've gained after giving birth and regain my strength and core stability without feeling stressed about it, he gives me also the good nutrition advice to keep me active so I can take care of my baby and be fit at the same time. I have been on a training program also with mamdouh while I was pregnant and it was amazing to be healthy, active and strong till the last day of pregnancy not only but also preparing me for natural birth. I also like his personal training studio, it is always clean, safe, welcoming, equipped with all I need and very motivational environment.

I started working out at a fitness gym with trainer Mamdouh Salah about a year ago. When I first started, my weight was about 90 kg (173cm). Over the year, I managed to: 1. Reduce my weight to 71.2 kilograms. 2. Build muscle mass. During my first visit, a bench press was 20 kg. In one of my recent sessions, I managed to press an 80 kg barbell for 2 repetitions. All these results were achieved thanks to my trainer, Mamdouh Salah. He personally designed a training program for me and also prescribed different diets depending on the goal. Throughout our training period, I have had no complaints. I am satisfied with the result and continue to attend the fitness gym to this day.

This gym is honestly great at every way possible starting from the vibe the machines the coach the community everything makes you want to keep going I’ve visited basically every gym in hurgada and didn’t feel a pit of relief ant my workout except at this gym either from the coach or the vibe the coach is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met the music fits the workout vibe perfectly the machines are great and the people at the gym are very chill and if we’re talking about the prices compared to other places the prices are decent so overall this gym is so good and if i’m gonna rate it im giving it a 10/10

Dear all, It’s a great pleasure to be as a reference of coach Mamdouh Salah It was our successful story, it’s a journey of loosing weight from 100 kg to 75 kg. A huge achievement has been achieved, especially, I suffer from fibromyalgia for 13 years. This determination and hard workout ,with our professional coach, was amazing. I had a very positive coaching experience with Mamdouh. I spent two weeks at his gym in Hurghada, Egypt, where I improved my strength training and took a few boxing lessons with him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We also continued with a personalized remote strength training program for several months. I highly recommend Mamdouh.
