I am a big believer that everyone has the ability to be the best that they possibly can be. I have experienced how hard to Health and Fitness journey can be, ( having been on that journey myself) and its very daunting for some to start training with someone.
I like to encourage clients to believe in themselves and their own abilities, with them knowing I will be there with them, believing in them too.
I like to see clients grow within themselves, and amaze themselves over something I knew they were capable of all along, especially if they step outside there comfort zone.
