Nate is a highly skilled trainer. He has an excellent way of teaching technique for a range of exercises. I am extremely grateful to Nate for showing me how to deadlift, squat and use kettle bells correctly. I have seen him train people at all levels of fitness and he is always personable, patient and extremely professional. Nate is also known for his ability to teach good stretching. He runs a stretch class at the RACV club which is always well attended. In his own training Nate is always pushing himself to be better and he is a fitness role model to his clients, other gym members and his peers. I highly recommend Nate as a personal trainer.

I have trained with Nathan Wells for a number of years. He is fabulous to work with: he has deep knowledge, is attentive and careful and always effectively pushes me to greater achievements in strength and fitness. Nathan listens and works with or around any injuries or painful niggles to ensure a great workout that brings benefits. I have never exacerbated any preexisting injury while working with him. Nathan has been my personal trainer for more than 10 years now and I can't speak highly enough of him. He has a very quiet way of pushing me to do things that I would never have done under my own steam. He is deeply knowledgeable and happy to share his knowledge. He is also very funny. He is thoughtful and structured in his approach to sessions, but always ready to provide alternatives if I am having a bad day. I have learnt so much over the years from Nathan and I look forward to the next 10 years of our training together.

Nate has been my trainer for 7+ years and I have always been more than satisfied with his work. He is very professional, keeps up to date with methods and information and does all that he can to keep improving professionally. Nathan has always helped me reach my goals but listens and advises, and takes into account any difficulties I may have as an older woman and adjusts the program or my rehab requirements accordingly. His manner is quiet, polite and respectful but is an interesting conversationalist with it. I cannot recommend Nate highly enough and hope that I can keep training with him for a long time yet.

Nate has trained me for 8 years on and off. I am 41 and have trained in fitness since childhood. Nate is the best trainer I have ever had. I respect that he is fitter and better at the craft but he is kind and considerate and is an excellent trainer. He has trained my wife and she has the same experience. he will cater the training to suit you and make you feel good about your outcomes regardless of how trivial they may seem to an athlete. he has a holistic approach to training and has incredible knowledge from weight training to kettle bells to body weight to general fitness and health - from breathing work to diet. Nathan is by far the best there is.

I’m a 50+ yr old senior executive, who always played & enjoyed competitive sport, but through pressure of work, had lost my fitness. I decided to do something about it & started working with Nathan, 3 days a week. I wanted to improve everything about my fitness & that's exactly what has happened.
