I originally started training with Neill because I had a few aches and felt quite stiff. He focused a lot on how I move, not just the exercises themselves. Everything was adjusted to suit where I was at. Over time, I’ve noticed less discomfort and a lot more control in my movements. I feel stronger, but also more comfortable in my body. Neill explains things clearly and makes sure you’re doing everything safely. It’s been a really positive experience, and I’d recommend him to anyone wanting to move better and feel stronger without pushing too hard too fast.
