Previously been involved as a professional athlete and semi professional athlete over a 15 year career.
Owner my own fitness business previously in Melbourne servicing inner metro high rise apartments with gymnasiums. Also worked closely with athletes on a mindfulness coaching platform from various sports and levels.
My goal is to be of optimal service to the community in the health and wellness space and enjoy helping other people smile and maintain their health and fitness /wellness goals
