A Bit About Me
I am a personal trainer and specialise in functional training, posture, and gait analysis and optimisation. The training system I use is Functional Patterns. I have completed training in Functional Patterns that allows me to be a trainer and have undergone structural integration training by Anatomy Trains.
Functional Patterns is a training method that trains organisms in relation to their biological characteristics, meaning as humans we evolved to stand, walk, run, and throw. This training style is truly functional and I use it with my clients from ridding them of their pain once and for all to improving their athletic ability.
I am deeply motivated to improve my own body and mind to allow me the freedom for diversity of movement and I want to share what I’ve gained with Functional Patterns with others so they can lead a pain free life and learn about their bodies for longevity.
