A Bit About Me
After having kids, I turned to exercise to help alleviate my post natal depression and anxiety issues. All I can say is that boxing was my lifeline so I decided to turn that positive experience into helping others rediscover themselves mentally and physically. To this day I am working with the most wonderful people and helping them to realize that it's ok to put yourself first and that they deserve to be happy and feel more confident about themselves.
