A Bit About Me
I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1987 and have worked across a number of fitness centres in Melbourne and Wangaratta over that time. I have experienced many styles of group exercise classes and kept abreast of new trends and updated research and have thoroughly enjoyed sharing my love of physical fitness and movement with many hundreds of participants.
I attend regular professional development workshops in the programs listed above and regularly meet the minimum re-registration requirements for education credits.
I attend many workshops - in person & on-line workshops with in order to upgrade my qualifications and diversify my teaching
skills.
Since July 2020 I have been delivering in face and online Pilates classes with a physiotherapist in Wangaratta. These classes have met a demand in Wangaratta for women aged 40 -60 who are looking for other forms of exercise that focus on bone health, are menopause friendly and are designed for women.
