A Bit About Me

I am the Personal Development, Health & Physical Education Specialist Teacher at Aurora Steiner Shool in NSW. Previously I was the Head Teacher of Sport & Fitness at TAFE NSW Region South.
Prior to 2018 I was the Head Teacher for Health & Recreation which included allied health, remedial massage, sport & Fitness.
I have been an exercise professional since completing my degree in physical & health education and commencing work in gyms as a remedial massage therapist, martial arts and fitness instructor.
I maintain my professional practice as a PT and Remedial therapist providing fitness & martial arts traing to students at my school and remedial massage sessions to clients from the local community.
As a professional Health Educator, having studied mental health & stress management as part of my degree as well as Physical education I have a keen interest in using exercise to promote total well-being and not just physical fitness.
