Exercise professional, with nearly 50 years industry and exercise physiology experience.

Masters qualified, an Olympic strength coach who has spent the past 10 years focusing on clinical research to assist people recover from major illness and trauma.

At Physique, we combine strength training with evidence from the latest scientific research studies, to help with rehabilitation from injury or illness.


We have been collaborating with various universities and medical professionals including the University of Sydney, Faculty of Medicine and Health in NSW.

Our cutting edge programs have delivered exceptional results, which has prompted new guidelines to be developed Australia wide, which will help thousands of suffers. Strength training is an effective tool for rehabilitation because it helps improve muscle strength, endurance, and overall physical function.
