HEALTH COACH/FITNESS SPECIALIST/SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Originally from Orange County California I've lived in Australia since 2005. I'm 55 years old and have been a fitness professional since the age of 18.
I have a degree in Health and Physical Education followed by other fitness and health qualifications. I work in the fitness and sports industries and have performed in various roles from fitness and sports performance trainer to senior level Sports Administrator.
I maintain evidence-based fitness practices and do practice what I preach! I utilise various modalities to accommodate for all levels of fitness demographics including: Chronic Disease, Rehabilitation, Weight Loss/Gain and Sports Performance. I have recently began a new venture into targeting working professionals called the "Seat 2 Feet" program which is aimed at counteracting the negative physical effects on the working professional.
