I'm Samson Gunner
I've spend 19 years in the construction industry. I'm a carpenter/concreter by trades and have 10years experience driving excavators and other earth moving equipment. I have moved into personal training to follow what I'm truly passionate about.
I love the gym and training others. I decided to do what i loved and turn it into a career. Being up close and personal with clients helping them achieve there goals and bring better habits into there life make me happy I'm in the industry now.
