Hi, I am Shaun Ahearn, the Director and Head Coach at Barossa Valley Personal Training & Parea Wellness. I have been a health and fitness professional for over 22 years, first qualifying back in 2000!
With such experience, I've pretty much seen it all in the fitness industry. My passion for health and wellness is all about helping people achieve permanent WELLNESS through training and exercise, not just superficial, aesthetic results.
With that in mind, I have clients as young as 11 years old, and train clients soon to be 90 years old, both face to face and online.
