I have been doing pilates with Stella for a little over 12 months. I used to do pilates in a studio but I find Stella's online pilates so much better. Firstly, Stella is a very good instructor! She is very clear with her instructions and she is quick to pick up everyone's strengths and weaknesses. Secondly, the online pilates is very flexible. So far I have done pilates from Melbourne, Dromana, Perth and Cairns. Thirdly, Stella and the Superstars are a lovely friendly group. Join up, you'll love it!
