Taylah has been my personal trainer for the past two and a half years. During my sessions Taylah supported me in my fitness goals, ensuring that the sessions were personalised and enjoyable. Taylah was my Pt about a year ago and I absolutely loved our sessions together. I trained with Tay for a bit over a year in the lead up to my wedding I was always someone that never pushed myself until I met Tay. I actually really enjoyed going to the gym it wasn’t even a thought to not go. Our sessions were intense but so good. She was so accommodating aswell as sometimes I needed to bring my little boy, she would just work around him even if it meant including him we done it so I got a session in. Tay was an amazing trainer, she pushed me when I thought I had no more in the tank and the results definitely spoke for themselves. I’m definitely more knowledgeable about the gym, workouts and Food now thanks to Tay. 100% recommend !

To whom it may concern, My daughter Carmen who has Angelman Syndrome, which has complications of low muscle tone and low bone density was allocated funding through the NDIS for weekly sessions with a personal trainer to help address those issues.
