Originally from the UK, now living on the right side of the planet (Australia). Thomas' background consists of Gymnastics, weight lifting and Free Running.

Thomas was my manager for 12 months in 2021-22. As a fitness centre manager and Personal trainer, Thomas is very knowledgeable and professional. He brings his own unique style that makes working around him and attending fitness classes hard but enjoyable. Due to Thomas professionalism and knowledge, all of his clients achieve their goals. Can not recommend Thomas highly enough.

I have been training with Thomas for approx 4 months. What makes Thomas a terrific trainer is the following: Functional knowledge - Thomas understands the biomechanics of the body and how this translates into designing exercises/training plans that support a persons individual functional goals. Thomas also knows that for me, understanding the science behind an exercise helps me to perform the movements required, so he take the time to explain how to perform the exercise and why it helps the way it does. Thomas personality and training style makes his clients feel at ease during training sessions and I always leave a session feeling as though I have accomplished someone great!

Training with Thomas over the past couple of years I have increased my functional fitness, mobility and strength. I love hiking but after a long distance through hike I came back from the trail with hip pain and uneven gait. From years of poor technique in gym, I had built habits that needed to be reset so I could achieve my fitness and life goals. While working with Thomas I have been able to address these issues and work on my weaknesses to be become stronger overall. Thomas changes the training to continue to challenge me and assist me to achieve my goals. He makes it easy to transfer the strength in the gym to activities of daily living. Growing stronger and more mobile with age. :)
