I started training with Zac 6 months ago. In that time, I have surpassed what I thought was possible - building my strength and actually enjoying going to the gym. He listened to my goals, designed a program and has continually made adjustments for a recovering injury. He holds me accountable, pushes me, but also listens to me. I’ve been training with Zac since 2024 when I returned from living abroad and getting myself in a pattern of enjoying myself too much. Since the start, he’s been communicative and adaptive to my needs, assisting me to establish a series of goals and eating challenges (vegetarian) to add mass whilst toning excess weight. My program covers the key muscle and food groups, giving me confidence with proper techniques to better manage my lifestyle in and out of the gym. When I’ve injured myself, Zac’s been there during the recovery with a modified program to ensure no further injuries to get me back to my best. Through our relationship, he understands my needs and is always available to assist.

I have been training with Zac for over 10 Years. I hated gyms and found the whole environment very intimidating. Initially starting with an injury and then continuing a strength, fitness and weight loss journey. Zac is knowledgeable in nutrition, fitness and rehab and catered his programs to suit my individual needs. He has a great sense of humour, is extremely motivating and supportive whilst recognising my social lifestyle. He makes each session fun yet challenging. My overall journey in fitness and mindset has changed for the better. I am more mentally motivated whilst still being able to enjoy life.
