I was lucky enough to meet and train Kate in 2016 for our first ever Power Bands and Kettlebell certifications in Sydney. Kate is an extremely talented and knowledgeable trainer who isn't afraid to question the reasoning of a process and further break that down into how it will apply to her clientele. A very gifted trainer physically in being able to pick up a movement fast but also extremely quick at finding her own methods for teaching her clients. A very high quality trainer and one I highly recommend to anyone.

I am pleased to recommend the work of Kate Auld with assisting older people. After my mother had a major stroke Kate was critical in building up her strength and confidence. Kate was willing to do home visits which was very helpful. Kate worked hard to increase the strength and stamina of my elderly mother and I would recommend her work in assisting the rehabilitation of older people. Kate had a wide range of exercises and skills which she worked on with my mother, keeping things interesting, and adjusting the session as required.
To Whom It My Concern Kate Auld provided personal training services for my elderly father John Butler when he had mobility/balance issues following a couple of falls. He was also quite depressed as he was fearful of falling again. Kate is very thorough and knowledgable in implementing an appropriate exercise rehabilitative program. She was aways reliable and well prepared for the sessions. Kate has a lovely, kind manner and encouraged my father to help him gain confidence in his mobility and help ovetcome his fear of falling again. My father looked forward very much to his exercise sessions with Kate. Kate's program and support made a big improvement to my father's health and well-being.
