A Bit About Me
I have worked in the fitness industry for 15 years and still enjoy every minute of it. Before opening my own studio, I was Personal Training Manager at Fitness First for 4 years. My wife and I managed our boutique In2great Fitness studio for 7 years before making the move to Noosa with our daughter Sky.
My experiences as a PT, has shown me the extreme power of movement in helping people to live better lives. My biggest strength is my ability to create a positive change in someone’s body by applying some fascial freeing, a mobiliser, or a simple exercise. My passion is fitness based play, injury prevention, and corrective exercise.
I am a current facilitator for Personal Training Academy (PTA) for Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, and International Fitness Academy. I'm also a presenter and co-author (with my wife) of a Myofascial Release course for Personal Trainers. I have mentored hundreds of personal trainers, and currently run group and individualised mentoring programs.

When I finally decided to see Nathan for personal training - to improve my fitness and better manage my osteoarthritis - I was constantly in pain, found it uncomfortable to walk and I hardly did any exercise. After 6 or so months of training with Nathan, my entire diet has changed (I'm eating healthier), I look forward to exercising every day, I've nearly doubled the number of steps I take each day, I'm more flexible and I've started lifting weights. I've lost weight and about an inch off my waist. I'm also mostly pain free! Thanks Nath!

In2great Wellness has a relaxed and welcoming feel and the instructors are friendly and casual. The members have a wide range of age, ability and exercise preferences so I felt like I fit in even though I'm a gym novice. Nathan has a deep knowledge of body and movement. Within a few visits he’d made changes which got me running (and just living) without foot pain - truly amazing! His legitimate care for my individual wellbeing and not just revenue is why I’ll keep coming back.
