A Bit About Me

My philosophy as a Personal Trainer is to place a larger emphasis on movement and making daily life easier, not harder and injury ridden. If your daily life can improve via the work we put in the gym and the assisting mobility and stabilisation work, then we are both kicking goals!

The fundamentals of my training include:

STRENGTH TRAINING

We will use Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and most importantly, your bodyweight, to assist in developing your overall strength in a safe and educational environment.

PRACTICAL MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY METHODS

To assist in helping you move easier and more efficiently in your day to day activities, we will look to improve your bodies stability and mobility through working through various ranges of motion.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

I can help you reach your goals on the field. I have worked with Premiership winning Football Teams, Dancers, and Track and Field Teams. Currently, I specialise in working with Golfers.
