Quarterly Workshops are exciting training events where Les Mills Instructors come together to experience and get the latest education around the new Les Mills Releases, for the first time (before they launch them to members). Quarterly Workshops include live In-Person Workshops (sometimes also called “Metro Workshops) and Online eWorkshops which are live-streamed.
