What a blast!! Another fabulous workshop, I totally enjoyed every minute of GX DAY. The mix of exercise ideas and the emotional/psychological side of our business was ‘the total package’. I came away with new skills and ideas and a renewed energy for my job as a Group Exercise Instructor. I can’t thank you guys enough. What a team. Can’t wait until you come to Adelaide again. I have been in the fitness industry almost 30 years and honestly My Group Move workshops are without a doubt *the best* in terms of content, education, and value for money. These are the only workshops I need to do. And I love that they are online!

Inspirational day. That core workout was fabulous and I took away some great tips on mental health and how to delivery fabulous classes! I also loved that the course was delivered in NZ which made it a great networking day! Thanks you for the hard work in putting together this course.

I've just looked through your new online course. I thought it was very comprehensive. I learned how to teach aerobics in the UK with the Exercise to Music course and this covers all of that in a very easy to follow way. I think it will be of great use to new instructors who want to be able to create their own freestyle classes, and when I am struggling to find people to cover my freestyle classes I will definitely point them o your course.
