I trained with Ben for more than 5 years and it was easily the best training I have been part of, including seven years as a professional footballer. The variety in programming around strength, speed and endurance help me to continue to progress with my personal health and fitness goals. I was easily in the best shape under his guidance. Ben's technical knowledge around technique also kept me injury free for all of the time I trained under him. He knew exactly when to push, when to support and when to adapt training exercises or programs. Ben was also very good at creating an inclusive studio, getting everyone that trained in his group sessions engaged and working together.

I trained with Ben for 6 years and can honestly say I was in the best fitness shape of my life. With his training, motivation and accountability, I lost 12kgs and kept it off. He developed a progressive 12 week group training program, that incorporated an Endurance, Strength, and also a Speed and Power session every week. I really felt that this program focused on balancing out strengths and weaknesses, because I use to go to the gym and focus on the training I was good at and comfortable with doing.
