Back in early 2019 I started training with Adriana when I realised doing nothing was doing nothing, and stairs started to scare me. I’m just going to say it; exercise is a chore to me but Adriana makes it fun and interesting. So much so I actually look forward to seeing her. She listens, not just initially, but always. She regularly reviews my program to ensure I am continually improving and engaged. She carefully observes my technique providing feedback and advice. She motivates me and never loses her enthusiasm. She endures my endless annoying questions and whinging with a smile and a laugh. Adriana is my fourth personal trainer in 20 years and the best.

I've been training with Adriana now for nearly a year. I was really really nervous to commence an exercise regime in the gym as I have never enjoyed that environment. A year later and my whole attitude has changed! She has truly helped me develop my confidence during our workouts and to set achievable goals. I am no longer a scaredy-cat when lifting those weights! I would recommend her because she is more than a trainer. She cares about your progress and personal goals. She is able to gently support you but also to give you the push you need to achieve them. She will always believe in you more than you believe in yourself. Commit to her routine for a month and you'll never go back!

My husband and I have been training with Fitness with Adriana for the past couple of months. We live in Townsville and the Zoom program works really well for us. Addy works us harder than we could do by ourselves. She is always very organised and has a great program. Being able to workout at home saves us time and helps us stay motivated! We no longer have to go to the gym!

Adriana is absolutely amazing. The first thing you notice is her kind and caring nature. Adriana is very focused on you as an individual and takes time to get to know your needs and goals. Adriana is also very knowledgeable and professional with a big focus on making sure your form is right. You feel confident that you are being pushed to reach your potential and supported while striving towards your goals. I honestly couldn’t recommend Adriana enough. I've been training with Adriana for almost one year now, and the results speak for themselves. A drop of 15cm around the waist and 7kgs. A huge and noticeable difference. But it's not just about the numbers. What has made this possible is how Adriana has tailored every single session - it's not a rinse repeat session that leaves you bored wondering why you're doing this. After an shoulder injury, this didn't stop me, and every session since has been altered to wait for the shoulder to recover, and now slowly introduce more movement and mobility and of course strength. Adriana knows how to get you moving too. Very calm, focussed and dedicated, and wants you to succeed.

I had a number of PT sessions with Adriana over the course of 4 months with the aim to rehab my knee to be skiing fit following ACL reconstruction. She was thorough with her initial consultation to understand my requirements and was quick to set a baseline to work from. She established programs, including a diet regimen which she helped me work through. Throughout the program I was challenged but encouraged to push hard to achieve positive results. Adriana has alot of knowledge in the health & wellbeing space but is also very adapt to tailoring programs to suit your needs. She has a positive can do attitude & excellent communication skills. I highly recommend Adriana as personal trainer. I've been working with her for almost a year and seen my physical condition greatly improved. She's very attentive to details, such as the way you do your exercise, the position of your arms, legs, feet etc. She pays attention to details as simple as doing some wall or countertop push-ups before going for a snack, what kind of snacks to eat. Or in my case, adapted exercises for special needs (knee injury). And now with the lockdown, in-house training with just a mat, dumbbells and elastic band, let me tell you, you don't miss the gym. Totally worth it.

I have been seeing Adriana as my personal trainer for a session once a week. Adriana is an outstanding personal trainer, she developes individual programs each week that build on the previous weeks program. I have had over the years 3 personal trainers and she is by far the best of them all. She is highly competent and brilliant at motivation and encouragement and getting the best out of her clients motivating me to do my best. She is very upbeat and always friendly and I feel that under her supervision I am making real progress in improving my level of fitness.
