A Bit About Me
I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2016 where I started as a pool lifeguard. Since then, I have progressed through the years achieving my gym instructor, swim instructor, sports nutritionist and personal training qualifications.
In 2018, I started my own business Vitalise Fitness & Nutrition. I provided 1-1 coaching, mobile personal training and group bootcamp/circuit style classes.
I moved to Australia to further my experience and help others become fitter, stronger and healthier.
