Rian has worked at Ringwood Health and Leisure since 2016. During this time, he has shown himself to be an excellent, reliable and highly regarded member of our staff team who always carries out his work in a professional manner His work at the centre was initially as a Leisure Attendant, which involved lifeguarding the pools as well as keeping the centre clean and safe. Rian progressed to Senior Leisure Attendant. Rian also taught children to swim in our 1000 + members swim academy programme Rian is a popular team member who works well with others, leading by example and always arriving punctually Rian has the motivation and dedication to succeed in anything that he chooses to do
