I have been a client of Tammy's now for over 2 and a half years. When I commenced I was experiencing lower back pain and had lost alot of strength. Tammy assessed my condition extremely well and within less than 6 mths I was completely pain free. My strength has improved considerably, along with my general fitness. I started doing PT sessions with Tammy following a knee surgery, with the goal of getting back to playing hockey. Tammy was able to structure our sessions with rehab in mind initially and strength build ongoing. Five years on, and at 57 years old, I am still playing hockey! Tammy is an excellent motivator and her knowledge and ability to tailor our sessions around my limitations is amazing. She is always considerate of the whole person, mental and physical.
